- a screenshot of your shopping basket
- your name, your billing and delivery address (if different) and telephone number
- If you wish to pay with PayPal, please provide the email address associated with your PayPal account. Alternatively, we will provide our bank details so that you can pay in advance.

Our delivery terms
Countries of supply
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland.

Delivery time
The delivery time is normally 5 to 7 working days. The goods will be delivered by DPD or DHL.
For payment in advance, the delivery period begins to run one day after the payment is received in our account, and for other payment methods, one day after the conclusion of the contract.
The time limit expires at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday generally recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such day shall be replaced by the next working day.
Delivery charges
For orders with a total value of less than €99.00, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €9.99 to all delivery countries. We ship orders of €99.00 or more to all countries free delivery.
