Like so many good things, the Piedmont region in northern Italy also gave birth to this specialty: Cappuccino Tartufo is a delicious confectionery in the shape of a praline that literally melts on the tongue. The finest Arabica coffee, white chocolate and hazelnuts make it a real taste sensation. Because the shape of tartufi resembles that of a truffle, they are also referred to as chocolate truffles.
